This class is a faster pace and the room is very warm. Can be related to what people now call "Hot Yoga" Vinyasa, we place with intention. Each movement carefully linked with our breath and mindfully done. You will feel empowered and strong!
Some experience is recommended. Skilled instructors will lead you through a class with "Options". It is your practice and up to you to choose the best option for your practice that day. One of my favorite classes to teach because I love seeing a class where everyone is in a different variation of a posture!
Taught in Kripalu Yoga tradition. The practice begins with an emphasis on being present in your body, sustaining a flowing breath and warming up with gentle movements. It allows you to choose the level of physical intensity right for your body. And, it acknowledges that regular yoga practice is designed to initiate a process of personal transformation.
